Simon is a cosmopolite: of mixed heritage, he has lived on 3 continents and in 6 countries... so far.

Simon is an eternal learner driven by insatiable curiosity - as his bookshelves, Amazon bills, and podcast collection will testify. His interests reach far and wide to embrace not only technology, but also business, the environment and relational psychology, to mention a few areas. He also has the joy of a day job that is one of his long-standing hobbies.

Simon has been building web applications commercially since 2004. Having experience with various web frameworks and languages, he specialises in .NET technologies. His passion lies in the software construction process ensuring that the end product fits the client's needs.

In the UK, he has worked on projects for organisations like RNID, Terrence Higgins Trust and Control Risks. More recently, he worked as a development engineer for Blinkbox Entertainment, developing for their high traffic and high availability web site.
