What we've done.
A secure Extranet facility enabling employees from O2's 300+ national stores to order uniform and clothing requirements. The site includes integration with O2 database systems and supply chain order fulfillment.
Based on our brief from head of O2 UK Retail Operations to "Create a Best-In-Class user experience" we have achieved this by incorporating a number of features and technologies:
- Intuitive Navigation and Ordering System
- Animated Help Assistant
- Order Tracking and Audit Trail
- Detailed Reporting and Management Tools
- Integration with live employee and supplier systems
- Content Managed Systems
- Fully Managed Product Database.
